Q: Delivery Time

A: Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped within 3 business working days. Usually, it will take 5-20 days to U.S.A. Shipping via EMS, or UPS. The speed also base on Custom Clearance Speed, which we can't control It's service is both fast and courteous, and we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it's website.

Q: Free Shipping

A: Free shipping by EMS/UPS. ( other shipping ways are optional but clients need to pay the shipping fee. Clients Need to pay some customs taxes for some countries, please be well informed of this.

Q: Return Policy

A: We accept return if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, or if the product arrived to you in a damaged condition. Unsatisfied customers may ship the product back immediately with the original packaging within 3 days. We will send your refund the product fee as soon as I receive the item. If possible, we can refund you partly to repair if the goods is not seriously damaged, which all depends on our negotiation. The shipping fees back will be afforded by the buyer!!

Q: Package

A: All guitars don't come with a hard case, unless there is mark ( guitar with a hard case) in the products title. For the Hard Case, it is optional to buy for all the guitars, if you buy it, we will ship the guitar inside the hard case for better protection. If you don't buy the hard case, we will use foam and carton to pack for shipping.
